LEADERSHIP / VANGUARD

Leadership

Vanguard is led by a small group of people who are responsible for maintaining our community, developing our systems, and ensuring that our standards and mission remain at the center of what we do.

Viper — Leader

A founding member of the community, Snipingviper has been part of Vanguard's history from the very beginning and is responsible for the overall direction, leadership, and continued development of the community.

Jackal — Second

A member of the community and its leadership since 2007, Jackal works alongside the Leader in overseeing the community and carrying out its mission.

Sig-Kyle — Lead Developer

A member for more than five years, Kyle is responsible for the development and technical systems that support Vanguard and its members.

Officers

CaptainCaveman — Member for more than ten years, helping uphold the standards and culture of the community.

Deathmode — Member for more than ten years and a Vanguard Trainer, responsible for helping develop our members and teaching the principles of teamwork and cohesion.

Breezy — Member for more than five years, helping lead our members and maintain the standards of the community.

Quarters — Communications Officer — A member for more than five years, responsible for helping manage Vanguard's communications and ensuring information flows effectively throughout the community.

Our leadership is built on experience, commitment, and service. Every member of our leadership team has spent years contributing to this community and understands that leadership is not about authority for its own sake.

Our responsibility is to preserve what Vanguard stands for, develop its members, and build the cohesive teams that remain at the heart of our organization.
